Mental Health & Wellness
This school year can be challenging, especially when stuck at home. This class will give students tools to relieve the stress of school and day to day life during a time of social distancing. Students will learn how to make stress toys, create Sunny Letters (which are filled with positive sayings & phrases), and more! It's important to teach people about the importance of mental health. Come join for a stress-free class that concentrates on the relaxation and well-being of the students!

Dates: From June 26 to July 31
