Tavern Takedown Registration

Welcome to The Tavern Takedown, a 5v5 League of Legends tournament like no other — where skill, chaos, and community collide in a single-elimination bracket of 8 streamer-led teams.

This form is for streamers interested in becoming a Team Captain. As a captain, you'll draft your squad, rally your viewers, and compete for glory (and a growing prize pool 💰🍻).

Please provide accurate contact info and tell us why you and your community belong in the Takedown. Selected captains will be notified directly via Discord.

✅ Requirements:

  1. You must be the owner of a Twitch channel
  2. You should be available for the full duration of the event
  3. Captains are responsible for building and coordinating their team
