As a member of the Agency, the Sonoma Resource Conservation District (RCD) is responsible for appointing one member to the Advisory Committee, to serve a two-year term. The original RCD-appointed Advisory Committee member has resigned from the Committee, creating a vacancy. To be eligible for appointment, applicants must live or work within or represent an organization with a presence in the Sonoma Valley Groundwater Basin, identified by the Department of Water Resources current Bulletin 118.
