Quality Youth Development Survey - Youth
The Quality Youth Development Project, or QYD, as established by Essex CHIPS (Community health Initiatives and Programs for Students), hopes to enact measures that promote substantive, measurable and sustainable community actions that support, engage, inspire, and empower youth.The purpose of the following survey is to provide insight into the experiences of youth within the local community, in an effort to inform positive youth growth. We appreciate you taking your time to help us with this mission!
