Please fill out the following form to request financial assistance for your Pawtucket Slaterettes Girls' and Women's Baseball 2025 Registration. Applications are made each season and previous grants do not guarantee repeat assistance. The amount of assistance is dependent on fund availability from sponsorship and donations at the time of request. This year, the City of Pawtucket Sports Revitalization Program has assisted with covering program fees for eligible applicants. Every effort is made to distribute funds fairly.
