Looking for a great way to get to know your neighbors and be involved in the community? We welcome your support in any of these four committees. This year we have four great committees that are available for you to join.
Architectural Controls Committee (ACC): Responsible for reviewing applications for exterior home modifications and maintaining the community covenants.
Social Committee:
Responsible for theme and seasonal event planning and hosting, community outreach, and welcoming new residents.
Communications Committee:
Responsible for (but not limited to) creating the quarterly community newsletter and working with the board for any content or updates needed on the community website.
Landscape and Maintenance Committee:
This new committee is responsible for tracking and recommending areas of maintenance need throughout our aging community to the Board. The committee may even complete some of the minor needs identified.
