ECHS - Verification Of Enrollment (VOE) Request

What is a VOE? It's required for teens to be in good standing with their school before they can get a permit or license. Your VOE is only good for 30 days!

Please fill out this form to request a Verification of Enrollment. Please allow at least 48 business hours for your request to be processed. Your VOE will be sent to the email address used on this form. Requests must come from a student's school email account or a parent/guardian email that is currently on file in the student record.

Please note the requirements for obtaining a VOE: (1) met minimum attendance for class credit (90 Percent Rule) in each class the student was enrolled in during the semester, (2) received credit for all courses taken in the previous semester, OR (3) has complied with the conditions established by the school to receive this VOE form.
