Pawmetto Lifeline Foster Application
Thank you for wanting to foster for Pawmetto Lifeline.

Please remember you must live within 60 minutes or less of our facility in Irmo, SC.  Also, if you rent, please make sure you have checked with your landlord to ensure that you can have a pet at your home.

Once you have completed this application, you will receive an email from one of our team members to tell you next steps. Please look for this email.

You will be required to attend a foster training. This training gives you information on our policies and procedures as well as what to do when there is an emergency.  Training dates will be sent to you for you to sign up.  Once you complete the training, you can start fostering immediately.

The homeless pets in your community thank you for wanting to foster.

*** Thank you for opening your heart and home to a pet in need. Many of the animals we place in foster care are still healing— many will need daily medications, treatment for parasites (such as worms or fleas), or extra monitoring as they recover. Please take a moment to consider whether this level of care fits your household and schedule. Helping a pet through recovery is one of the most meaningful ways to save a life and prepare them for their furever home, and it takes patient, dedicated fosters. If you feel ready to take this on, please continue with the application—and if you have questions, we’re here to help.**

Thank you,
Pawmetto Lifeline Foster Team
