This form may be used by New Scout to enter information AND by current Scouts to update roster information.

ROSTER UPDATE - If you are entering changes or updates to the troop roster, please enter ONLY the information you are changes. Other than the Scout Name, items that are correct on the troop roster do NOT need to be entered here.

Background: Your information is only accessible by a few members of the Scoutmaster Staff. We use it for the following purposes:
Email addresses:
We use email extensively to communicate to you and your Scout.
We will add your Scout’s email address and your email addresses to the troop’s email distribution list.
One lesson we try to impart to the Scouts is the importance of reading their email. Our success rate is spotty, but we keep trying!
Either you and/or another adult is always copied on emails sent directly to your Scout. This is part of our Youth Protection protocol.

Phone numbers:
We also use texts to communicate with you and your Scout.
And, sometimes, we do the old-fashioned thing and call you or your Scout.
Either you and/or another adult is always on calls to your Scout. This is also part of our Youth Protection protocol.

Mailing address:
If we cannot get a Scout-related item to you or your Scout at an in-person meeting, we will either mail it or drop it off.

Scout birthdate:
Organize Patrols.
Helps us keep Scouts on track on their advancement. We have a rough idea what rank Scouts should be at each age.
Acknowledge their birthdays during our meetings!
