Fundraising/Non-Fundraising Resale Request
Completed forms will be sent to the Activities Director.  When approved, the form will be submitted to the District Office and a copy will be sent to the coach/sponsor who is in charge of the fundraiser. After receiving approval, the coach/sponsor can pick up the fundraising packet from the building secretary.


*The Fundraising Project Summary Form is due to the District Office within 2 weeks after the fundraiser is complete. (The form will be provided in the fundraising packet)
