The above student has my permission to attend the 2023-24CBA Law & Debate Club program (“the program”) held via Zoom teleconferencing technology. I understand that the program is coordinated by volunteer members of the CBA. In consideration of the above student being permitted to participate in the program, I, for myself and my successors, assigns, and heirs, as well as my spouse and children, if any (collectively, “Releasors”), hereby release and discharge the CBA, and each of their officers, board members, employees, agents, and attorneys (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions, and causes of action of any nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, accrued or contingent (collectively, “Claims”) which the Releasors have or ever may have against any of them for, on account of, by reason of, arising in connection with, or relating to the program or my participation therein, and Releasors hereby waive any and all such claims. *
