MPCS Registration Form
Please use this form to ADD and/or DROP a class. If you are SWAPPING classes, fill out both the ADD and the DROP Sections. This form will only accept one ADD and one DROP. If you have multiple classes to ADD or DROP, you will need to submit the form again.

If you want to add yourself to a waitlist, please use the ADD option.  You will be contacted before the start of the quarter to let you know your status on the waitlist.

Requests will be reviewed by the MPCS administration and updated daily. Please monitor your account using the student portal (https://portal.uchicago.edu/ais/).
