Centroamericanto Fest 2017 Vendor Sign Up Form
Centroamericanto Fest 2017 will take place on September 2nd at the ESB Mexican American Cultural Center. The festival is a project supported in part by the sponsorship of local businesses that want to create cultural bridges with the Latino community. We thank you for joining us in this effort.

All graphical material, business information and payment will need to be received no later than Monday Aug 1st 2017 at midnight, to guarantee that your company will receive all the benefits of your sponsorship level. Please fill out this form and a sales representative will contact you.

All vendors need to arrive at the MACC on September 2nd no later than 2:00PM to setup, and have their booth ready at 4PM to receive early arrivals. The community fair will open to the public at 4PM and the concert is scheduled to start at 7:00 PM. CACFest staff will make sure to route people through the vendor area in the Community Gallery as they arrive. We also will invite the audience to visit the vendor’s area during the intermission at 8:00 PM.

Product or business banners will not be allowed on the stage, all sponsor advertising is to be installed within your designated vendor area. Vendors may organize raffles at their booths but those raffles cannot be announced or performed on the stage. CACFest 2017 will be holding one guitar raffle; this will be the only raffle to be announced and promoted on stage.
