Pride 2023 Vendor / Food Truck Application
**Applications are due by June 1st, 2023

Apply to have a vendor booth or food truck at Medford, OR Pride: June 24th, 2023 at Pear Blossom Park in downtown Medford. 

Vendor Fees:

$250 regular vendor fee

**$150 vendor fee for LGBTQIA+ or BIPOC OWNED and operated

Read the complete Community Standards Agreement and apply if you can abide by these guidelines.  Only submit 1 application per organization, please.

Community Standards Agreement for Participation in Medford Pride, 2023:
By choosing to have a vendor booth or food truck at Medford Pride 2023, you are publicly committing to support and adopt policies that protect and uplift LGBTQIA2S+ communities.

The Day of the Event (6/24/23): Set-up will begin no earlier than 9:30 AM, and must be complete by 11:45 AM.  You may not begin tearing down your booth or food truck until 6:00 PM.

All displays and printed materials are subject to review and approval before the event: approval may be revoked during the event if display or printed material is not as described during initial review.  All products and services are also subject to review.
      Be prepared to submit photos of your booth, or a detailed description of your booth, along with copies of printed materials.
      If there are changes to your display or printed materials after the initial review, you must send updated materials for review.
      Submissions will be voted on by SO Health-E's LGBTQ+ Equity Work Group for approval using specified criteria.

No alcoholic beverages, tobacco or smoking products, homophobic, transphobic, or racist material, or explicit material that is not suitable for people under 18 years of age may be sold or displayed. This includes prohibiting food trucks from selling alcoholic beverages in Pear Blossom Park during the event.

Approval Process: You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your Vendor or Food Truck Application within 4-6 business days.  We will issue an Approval or Denial as soon as possible.

Payment Policy: Payment should be received within 14 days of your approval; we will contact you to follow-up after 14 days.  All payments must be received by June 9th, 2023 regardless of application submission date.  All fees are tax-deductible donations to SO Health-E's LGBTQ+ Equity Work Group.  Please contact connect@sohealthe.org to inquire about scholarship opportunities.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Requests must be received by June 9th, 2023 for a refund of your booth fee.  Cancellation requests received after June 9th will not receive a booth fee refund; your booth fee is still a tax-deductible donation.

Media Release: I understand and agree that my business/organization/artist profile may be listed on public event promotion materials for Medford Pride, including on social media. I understand and agree that photos of my performance/booth/business at the event may be included in event photos.
