Clawson 2019 Stem Camp Registration
Please complete the registration form below if you are interested in attending the Clawson Stem Camp!  Camp will run from July 29-Aug 1.  Please contact Kim Logie-Bates for questions and more information!  Students going into grades 4-6 in the fall are eligible.  Clawson Stem camp is for Clawson students only.  Cost for this year's camp is $25.  Registration deadline is July 11, 2019 if you want a t-shirt.  The first 30 paid registrations will receive a Camp water bottle.

By digitally signing this form, I give my consent to Clawson Public Schools and Oakland Schools Technology Field Services to be responsible for my child during Clawson Stem Camp.  Clawson Public Schools and Oakland Schools Technology Field Services assume no responsibility for children traveling to and from this activity.  Under no circumstances will a child be released to anyone who cannot show proper identification when asked.  The parent/guardian will be notified immediately if an emergency arises and/or a severe discipline problem occurs.  Recurring discipline problems or failure to pick up your child on time may result in dismissal from Clawson Stem Camp.  Clawson Stem Camp is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. *
Summer Stem Camp cost is $25.  Campers will receive a t-shirt.  Please choose your child's shirt size. *
