Scheduling concerns
Any special circumstances regarding when the session should be scheduled?  (Sessions begin at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. and run for 45 minutes.)
Audio/visual, wifi and other considerations
NOTE: All classrooms will have white boards, projectors, screens and audio speakers — and all will have wifi. Do you have any additional needs?  Please let us know about any special circumstances for your session, such as an unusual room setup, or whether you are requesting a two-hour session.
We are interested in supporting local students, advisers and professionals who would like to make their NorCal Media Day presentation a warm-up for presenting at the national JEA/NSPA convention in April 16-18, 2020, in Nashville, TN. What can we do to help you make this jump?  (http://anaheim.journalismconvention.org/)

Volunteers are needed for the following conference events. Your name will be passed along to the individual or organization in charge of each event. You will be contacted if your service for these activities is needed and to verify you are still available.
Best of Show judging (onsite at NMD starting at 10 a.m.)
The Best of Show Contest judging will take place throughout the morning (starting at 10 a.m.) at NorCal Media Day and follows NSPA Guidelines (we can teach you) for national JEA/NSPA conventions. Newspapers, newsmagazines, online sites and broadcasts must be published between Aug. 1 of the contest year and the start of the convention. Only yearbooks and literary magazines from the prior school year will be accepted. Websites must have been updated since Sept. 1 of the contest year.
