Tuesday, November 5th -- 1st-6th Grade at 7:00pm -- Contestants will be in Pageant Dresses
Thursday, November 7th -- 7th
-12th Grade at 7:00pm -- Contestants will be in Pageant Dresses

Pageants will take place in Vardaman High School Gymnasium.

Entry Fees are $35.00 for Contestants

$5.00 Per Photo in Photogenic Division
(All Photos must have been made within the last year. The Photo being used must be of the contestant entering that division of the contest. We would like only unframed photos.)

Online Registration Deadline is Friday, October 25th at Noon.
Online Payments must be submitted by Friday, October 25th at 11:59pm.

No one will be allowed to enter after Rehearsal on Sunday, October 27th. 

Rehearsal: A Rehearsal will be held on Sunday, October 27th in the Vardaman High School Gymnasium for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday Night Contestants Only.
All Contestants ages 2 - Kindergarten at 1:00pm.
All Contestants 1st - 6th Grade at 1:30pm.
All Contestants 7th - 12th Grade at 2:00pm.
Bring Photos to Rehearsal for Photogenic Division. Contestants Ages 0-23 Months will be escorted on stage by a Parent or Family Member. There will be no Rehearsal for Contestants competing in these age groups, but entries and fees must be received by October 27th, 2024. Photogenic Pictures must be turned in at Rehearsal. No Photos will be accepted the night of the Pageant.

The 2024 Sweet Potato Queens & Kings will represent the Sweet Potato Festival at the Sweet Potato Banquet. Miss Sweet Potato Queen will be required to represent the Sweet Potato Festival at the 2025 Arts and Crafts during the Sweet Potato Festival. If these requirements are not fulfilled, she may be asked to give up her title.

The Directors, Sweet Potato Festival Committee, nor Vardaman High School can be held responsible for accidents or injury incurred during the contest or transportation to and from the contest. All Judges decisions are final and unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated, should this happen, it will constitute disqualification and removal from the premises. (Checks Payable to Vardaman Sweet Potato Festival & Noted Pageant Entry with Contestant & Parents name on the envelope)
