Please note that all deadlines must be adhered to and Student Organizations must be RECOGNIZED by the time of application submission in order to receive a tentative work space assignment. This application can only be completed by the President and/or Vice President listed on the RSO Application for the student organization. Applications completed by officers other than the President or Vice President will not be reviewed.
The assignment and use of Aztec Student Union work space is a privilege. Work space is to be used only for conducting Student Organization related business.
Organizations must complete the following steps for work space consideration:
1. Complete & submit both the "SPRING 2018 WORK SPACE APPLICATION" and "SPRING 2018 WORK SPACE AGREEMENT" no later than 4:30pm on JANUARY 18, 2018.
Note: Failure to sign, scan, and upload the "Spring 2018 Work Space Agreement" renders any organization ineligible for a work space during the Spring 2018 semester. The application review process will start after the deadline listed above.
2. Attendance at MANDATORY ORIENTATION MEETING, FEBRUARY 1, 2018
Only organizations who are tentatively assigned a work space will receive a confirmation email and invitation to attend the Mandatory Orientation Meeting scheduled on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 4:30pm in the Student Life & Leadership Office. The President and/or Vice President are the only officers eligible to attend. This meeting will discuss the rules, regulations, policies, and proper use guidelines of work spaces within the Aztec Student Union.
***Your contract will be cancelled if you do not complete all requirements by the deadlines mentioned above***
Note: Your application submission does not guarantee an assigned work space. Organizations will be notified regarding their status once all application materials have been reviewed.
