By submitting the form, you hereby apply for membership to ASIS International (Singapore Chapter) and you affirm that the information provided is true and correct. You also affirm that you have not been convicted by any Court of Law for any criminal offence, or currently involved in any activity that is negative to the image of the Association, or objectionable in any respect.

New applications are subject to the approval of the Management Committee, and payment of membership dues to the ASIS International (Singapore Chapter). In the event that your application is unsuccessful, the Management Committee is not obliged to provide any justification or reason.
