Please note that this semester's program will be a "drop in" model. Anyone is welcome to apply and attend any sessions you can! This application helps us to simply get your contact information so that we can communicate with you about ingredients and supplies. You are not making a commitment by completing this form.
The goal of the program is to increase awareness about how to prepare healthful food using sustainable ingredients and techniques and to showcase ingredients that are inexpensive and typically available at the Mountaineer Food Hub. This is a voluntary program that does not result in college course credit.
Participation and feedback are essential to the success of our program! There will be a survey at the end of the semester and we always welcome suggestions about program improvements throughout the semester.
