Turespaña Fully Hosted Buyer Application - Seville 2026

Important Program Details: This specific hosted program is managed and funded directly by the Spanish Government (Turespaña). As a public body, Turespaña has established specific administrative criteria for the selection of participants. Please note that IGLTA serves solely as the recruitment facilitator; all final validations, selections, and flight bookings are handled exclusively by Turespaña and their global network of Tourism Offices.

Requirements to Apply: Per Turespaña’s governmental mandates, applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for a hosted flight:

  • Must hold a valid IATA, CLIA, or TIDS number.
  • Must currently feature Spain in their travel portfolio or demonstrate a high-level "premium" focus on European luxury destinations.
  • Must be based in one of the following priority markets: North America, LATAM, or Europe.

Program Governance, Selection, & Commitment:
  • This hosted program is operated and governed by Turespaña.

  • Final selection and flight issuance are subject to validation by the Spanish Tourism Board (Turespaña).

  • Participation is granted based on Turespaña’s specific governmental promotional criteria and available capacity.

  • If selected, applicants must commit to the full convention program (17-21 November, 2026).

  • Selected applicants agree to have their contact details shared with Turespaña offices for ticketing.

Cancellation Policy
Once your ticket is issued, it is non-refundable. If you cancel for reasons other than a documented emergency (such as health issues or family bereavement), you will be held liable for the full cost of the flight.

Post-Event Reconciliation
After the event, you must return your flown ticket/boarding pass to the original corresponding Turespaña office that issued it as proof of travel.
