Support Only: Golden Lives offers non-clinical social, health, and personal support. It does not replace professional medical, legal, or psychological advice or services. Always consult qualified professionals when needed.
Voluntary Participation: Engagement with our services is voluntary. Participants are responsible for their own decisions and outcomes based on the support received.
Confidentiality: Personal information shared with Golden Lives is treated with confidentiality, in line with data protection laws. However, we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of individuals.
Behaviour and Removal: Golden Lives is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw access to our services from any individual who:
Disrupts sessions or events,
Disrespects staff, volunteers, or other participants,
Fails to follow agreed community rules or codes of conduct, or
Puts others at risk through their actions or behaviour.
This action may be temporary or permanent, depending on the circumstances.
Photos and Videos: We may take photographs or record videos during our programmes and events for promotional and reporting purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used in Golden Lives’ materials (e.g., website, social media, reports). If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform a member of staff in advance. We will blur your face in any video and photos if we are informed.
No Liability: While we aim to provide a safe and supportive environment, Golden Lives is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from participation in its services.
Changes to Services: Golden Lives reserves the right to modify or withdraw services with reasonable notice.
