Please complete the following survey.  Information gathered from the survey will remain anonymous and will be used to inform critical decisions impacting the continuous improvement of Cleveland ISD.  The purpose of this survey is to provide a high-level overview of our families' perceptions regarding their overall experiences in CISD.   Open-ended responses at the end of the survey will allow you to provide more specific information that may not have been asked or addressed in the questions listed in the survey.  If you have students enrolled at multiple campuses, please complete one survey for each of the campuses your children attend.
