Churches will:
• Provide housing and meals during the week they’re hosting. (7 nights, Saturday-Saturday)
• Invite and provide scholarships for campers outside of their congregation.
• Recruit 80-100 campers to attend Mobile Day Camp.
• Complete a checklist and planning documents provided by Discipleship Ministries to ensure readiness before, during, and after their week of camp.
• Select a Mobile Day Camp Coordinator who will be the contact person for the Camps Office and will be responsible for organizing host homes, meals, recruiting campers and volunteers, advertising/promoting camp, and coordinating church participation.

Facility requirements

1. 6-8 Classrooms
Campers will be split into 6 groups. Each group will need its own room for small group time. Each room will need space for 10-15 campers, 2 counselors, and 1-2 volunteers.
In addition to the above room requirements, we will also need a room for our administrative staff to connect to reliable internet, take care of registration tasks, and store supplies.

2. Large Gathering Room
At the beginning and end of each day, campers will participate in a camper rally which will require a large room with space for kids to dance to loud music, watch skits, worship, and watch videos using a projector.

3. Outdoor Space
For outside activities, we will need enough open space for large group games, archery equipment, 1-2 inflatables, and outdoor electricity and water hookups.

I have read all of the above expectations and believe my church is capable of meeting them. *
