Welcome to the Club/Organization Registration Form for Bowie High School Community Day 2025!
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Bowie High School Community Day 2025, taking place on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 10 AM - 2 PM in the shared parking lot between BCPA and the Bowie Public Library. This event will celebrate all the great things that make the Bowie High School community special, featuring performances, community vendors, informational booths, food, and games organized by Bowie High staff, students, and members of the City of Bowie. We anticipate a crowd of 1,000-2,000 attendees, offering a great opportunity for exposure and community engagement.
Event Details:
- Date & Time: Saturday, May 17, 2025, 10 AM - 2 PM
- Location: Shared parking lot between BCPA and the Bowie Public Library, 15200 Annapolis Rd, Bowie, MD 20715
- Load In Time: 8 AM - 9 AM (The parking lot will be closed by Bowie Police at 9 AM)
- Vendor Parking: Vendors/participants may park in the lower parking lot near the football/baseball fields
- Booth Dimensions: Each club/organization will be assigned a 10ft x 10ft vending booth space.
Please note, tables, chairs may be provided by Bowie High School, BUT electricity will not be provided for this outdoor event. Vendors/participants must bring their own setup and design materials.
