DMAR PEAK Instructor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a PEAK Instructor for the Denver Metro Association of Realtors® (DMAR). To be considered, please complete the following Instructor Application and submit a bio and resume via email to Lisa Kallweit at lkallweit@dmarealtors.com.

Instructor requirements:

  • Must be willing to teach in person and/or via Zoom.
  • Proficient with the Zoom platform.
  • You will be expected to create a one to two-minute video for your class(es) for marketing purposes.
  • A 10 to 15-minute presentation for one DMAR Committee will be required prior to final approval.

If you are proposing a NEW COURSE, please send the following items to lkallweit@dmarealtors.com after submitting your application:

  • A detailed, timed outline.
  • Course materials.
  • Detailed description of the course and its learning objective.
