2025 RLD Across PA May 1-23 Event Host Award Application
Remake Learning Days (RLD) is offering a limited number of $150, $250, and $500* event host awards on a rolling basis for hosts across Pennsylvania. These funds are to help event hosts offset costs in hosting a RLD event between May 1-23, 2025. 

RLD strives to provide inclusive, hands-on learning experiences to all learners. Following Remake Learning's Equity Pillars, RLD will prioritize awards to event hosts whose RLD event supports the following learners: 1. Learners in poverty, 2. Learners of color, 3. Learners in rural areas, 4. Girls in STEM and 5. Learners with disabilities.

To be considered for an award:
1. your event must first be submitted to the RLD website at https://remakelearningdays.org/events/submit/; 
2. your event must be hosted during the RLD across PA festival dates of May 1-23, 2025;
3. you must have permission from your organization to apply for funds that, if awarded, will be mailed to the name and mailing address listed on the organization's W-9 form. 

Awards will be granted on a rolling basis over three rounds OR until there are no longer funds available.  
Round 1 Deadline: apply by December 20, 2024 (notification by January 10, 2025)
Round 2 Deadline: apply by January 24, 2025 (notification by January 31, 2025)
Round 3 Deadline: apply by February 21, 2025 (notification by February 28, 2025)

Notification of event host awards will be sent according to the above deadlines. Funding will be distributed by April 2025 by your regional lead organization to support your RLD event occurring between May 1-23, 2025.

*A $500 award is for an event with two or more collaborating host organizations.
