Thank you for applying to Roncevalles United Church's Christmas Arts & Crafts Market, Saturday, November 20, 10 am - 4 pm. Please read and fill out the application and be sure to press the submit button.
What we are: We are an upscale craft market, showcasing vendors selling their original creations including jewelry, home decor, fashion, children's toys and apparel, pet accessories, hand knit items, artisinal food, photography, fine art and so much more.
Note: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and not knowing what that will look like in the fall, we are reserving the right to limit spaces, and enforce mask wearing and other protocols deemed fit by public health.
Applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. The application process will close, without notice, once the vendor tables are filled. Be sure to submit your application ASAP to not be left disappointed. This is a juried market, so please do not send payment until you hear back from us. Payments are due two weeks after you have received notification from the show organizers that your application has been accepted.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, BEFORE YOU APPLY. All the info you need to know is in this application:
1. The fees collected from vendors go towards the programs and initiatives here at the church.
2. Your payment is commitment to participate in the event. Vendor fees are non-refundable, and cannot be applied to future events.
3. In the event of cancellation by the church, the vendor fees will be refunded, however we are not responsible for other expenses incurred.
4. Vendors are responsible for staffing and decorating their own tables.
5. Vendors are not allowed to sell items that are dangerous, racist, or otherwise offensive.
6. We do not allow sharing of tables, without prior arrangements.
7. Spaces are pre-assigned by the show coordinators. We will do our best to accommodate vendor requests, however due to the size of the show and limited space, we cannot make guarantees Tables cannot be moved or re-assigned the day of the show. We thank you for your cooperation.

Tables and chairs as per your selection
