If you are here, you are probably looking to return an item that you purchased that sadly, didn't work out for you. Before you start the returns process, please read the below to confirm that the item you would like to return is eligible for return.
We only accept items purchased at FULL RETAIL PRICE. Any discounted, free, mystery or promotional items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. If an item was part of a promotion such as Buy 1 Get One Free, etc, you will only be reimbursed for the value of the item or for a full refund, you must return all items that were a part of the promotion.
You must request the return within 7 days of receipt of the item. Once the 7 day window passes, we are unfortunately unable to accept the item for return.
All returned items MUST be in its original condition, free of any tears, smells, animal hairs, body odors, scents, etc. We do not use any air fresheners in our office out of consideration for customers with allergies and if we receive an item back that is heavily scented, we will promptly send the item back as return to sender. Please keep items for return in its original plastic bag to prevent scent transfer.
All returns approvals are done on a case by case basis and we reserve the right to deny any return requests at our discretion.
We do not accept exchanges, please return the item that did not work for you and purchase the item that you would like as a separate order.
