Blue Chip Payment Plan Application
Blue Chip provides a payment plan option for students who demonstrate the need for financial assistant in paying the Blue Chip yearly fee. The Payment Plan Option is available to students who have financial aid and/or family/personal budgeting conflicts with having the $350 fee ($300 for student who joined prior to Fall 2013) charged in total at the beginning of the Fall semester. Each payment plan application will be reviewed by the Blue Chip staff. Payment plans will be negotiated on a yearly basis and will not automatically be renewed.

The payment plan will entail the fee being split into two segments. $175 will be charged to the Bursar's account in the fall and $175 will be charged in the spring.

The Payment Plan will work as follows: *
I understand that by agreeing to be on a payment plan with the Arizona Blue Chip Program, my yearly fee of $350 will be split into two payments of $175 and if I should decide not to continue the program for the full year, I will still be responsible for paying the remaining balance of the full $350 yearly fee. The first and second $175 payments will be charged to my Bursars Account the Friday of the first week of classes each semester (Fall and Spring).
