The student will complete this application. Parents/guardians are also required to submit a letter explaining the need for financial support emailed to Mrs. Elizabeth Bennett, Music & Theatre Department Chair, at
bennette@nths.net stating reasons why the support is necessary. All letters are confidential and treated as such.

Mrs. Bennett will review this submitted application and letter. When she approves it, she will notify Human Resources of the student’s status.

Returning students will not need to fill out additional paperwork and can continue with step 6 of this process.

The department Project Specialist, Ms. Sarah Kropski, will email new students
only a copy of Student Worker Pre-Employment Instructions with a list of forms required by Human Resources. Students are responsible for checking their school email.
5.
Human Resources will notify the Music & Theatre Department when the student completes the required documentation.
6.
The Music & Theatre Department will inform the parents/guardians and the private Music teacher via letter when the approval process is successful.
7.
After completing the steps above, the student will:
- Receive 50% of the allowance up front each semester (no more than $138.00 via check to family)
- Receive remaining 50% (via check to family) after work is complete (see below for details)
- Student will receive no more than $276.00 per semester, prorated according to when the student began the work/study program.
-Be responsible for assisting at 4 Music and/or Theatre performances each semester. Students should watch their school email for a message from Ms. Kropski with details.
