Please complete this form to apply for Dragonfly's enrollment lottery for the 2026-2027 school year.  Please complete one form per child.  Completion of this form does not enroll or guarantee a spot for your child. Dragonfly is a 5 day per week program only.  We do not offer part time enrollment.  Dragonfly only accepts students who are enrolled at the Graham and Parks School.
