I understand that by signing up for the TILM Mentorship Program, I indicate a commitment to participate. If I do not participate, or fail to get in contact with my pair within 2.5 weeks of receipt of the pairing email, I risk forfeiting my ability to participate in the Mentorship Program for this and the subsequent semester.

I understand that depending on the number of participants, there’s a small chance I may not be paired. We do everything we can, but sometimes the numbers just don’t work out.

I understand that the Middlebury College, Middlebury Institute, TILM program, or TILM Mentorship Program cannot be held responsible for anything that happens, including emotional or physical injury while participating in the program.
