Job Overview: The Growth Executive will play a crucial role in managing digital marketing from a business development perspective. This individual will support business development efforts by gathering prospects, developing proposals, and creating various reports. The core responsibility is to devise and implement digital strategies to achieve business objectives.

Job Description:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage with the audience, and promote our initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics using analytics tools
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote our services and initiatives
  • Winning deals, nurturing them and growing the company's revenue 
  • Ensure lead Generation and Conversion and deals closing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Fully exploit digital marketing tools to drive growth
  • Form collaborations with micro and major  influencers
  • Contribute to content  creation for marketing through various channels including blog posts
  • Contribute to the management of website orders and website live agent 
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance, for marketing and branding strategy success
  • Seeking relevant associations and partnerships relevant to the business’ growth
  • Seeking grant funding for the organization
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a business development or growth-focused role.
  • Proven experience in social media management, content development, and digital campaign execution. 
  • Experience with lead generation and CRM management is highly desirable.
  • Ability to identify deals and close deals.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing digital content and campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
