Well-being is an ensemble of many things. One's own life-, eating-, sleeping habits, ability to cope with stress and mentalhealth affect on well-being. Experience of own health and a sense on meaningfullneshttps://www.seurakuntalainen.fi/s is also important for well-being. Feeling of being in control of one's own life is also on area of well-being.

In this questionnaire you will think about your well-being through different questions.

The following questions contain a number of single-item measures of aspects of your life as a student and feelings about yourself. Many of these questions will contain examples of what thoughts/behaviours the question is referring to which are important for understanding the focus of the question, but should be regarded as guidance rather than strict criteria. Please try to be as accurate aspossible, but avoid thinking too much about your answers, your first instinct is usually the best.
