HSE Yearbook Pre-Order Pickup Request
After you fill out this pickup order request, we will contact you via email to go over pick up time. All orders will be picked up from the HSE High School Main Office through Door 1. 
This form is ONLY for people who have previously pre-ordered a past yearbook from the following years but failed to pick it up. We have a list of records that we will check against. In addition, you will be required to show photo ID upon pick up and sign for your book(s).
As a student-run organization, please understand that turn-around time from your order will likely be slow, and vary throughout the year. Please have patience with us as we work to fulfill your request as quickly as possible.
