Terms & Conditions :

1. Registration fee includes breakfast, lunch and refreshment. Accommodation is not included.

2. Registration will be closed on 13 September 2026. Participation is based on 'first come, first served' basis subjected to confirmation of payment and registration.

3. Full Payment is required 2 weeks (ie 15 September 2026) prior to the event date.

4. No refund will be entertained upon cancellation. However, a replacement will be accepted at no cost with consent of the Secretariat.

5. Walk-in registration will not be accepted.
