Thing is, it's hard to remember to do this, and making this a habit is how you get the most value out of it. This app will:-allow you to record how you've "won" the day (eg: chose salad instead of fries? Had a brave convo with a friend? Went for a walk?)-remind you if you forget to write anything down
After awhile, your brain learns that you like it when you make good choices, and your life improves drastically. I know mine has.
