Funds will be withdrawn (PAD) from the account we have on file. Programs running in July will be withdraw July 1, 2025.
Cancelation Policy
Please email cancellation notifications to office@mariamontessoriacademy.net and miss.chantel@mariamontessoriacademy.net and include: the child’s first and last name; camp week; and your first and last name and mailing address for the refund cheque. A $20 administrative fee will be charged for refunds. Cancellations made 14 calendar days before the camp start date will receive a full refund, less the $20 administrative fee (per camper, per week). Cancellations made less than 14 days before the camp start date will not receive a refund. The refund will be issued via cheque by September 5, 2025, and put in the mail.
