Hershey Blaze TC Meet Reply Form
Below are the events available for the Central Pennsylvania Youth Track Meet hosted by the Nittany Track & Field on May 31st- June 1, 2019. This meet will take place at State College Area High School

Meet check in time is 8:30 am and the meet will begin at 9:30am(on Saturday)

Athletes 12 and under are limited to 3 entries (including relays) and athletes in the 13­-14 and
15­-16 age groups may enter 4 events (including relays). This does not include the Swedish
relay. Relays will be determined by the HBTC coaches.

Age Determination as of December 31, 2019
8 & Under- Year of Birth 2011 & later
9 &10- Year of Birth 2009-2010
11 & 12- Year of Birth 2007-2008
13 & 14- Year of Birth 2005-2006
15 & 18- Year of Birth 2001-2004

Please submit your events and entry fees by Monday, May 27, 2019 by 11:59pm in order for coaches to have ample time to review and register your athlete. Event entry fees will be due as well before your child is entered into this meet. No late entries will be permitted to participate in this meet.

Entry Regulations: Athletes: - 1/4" spikes are permitted but are not required.
- starting blocks will be permitted.

Parents: Only competing athletes and authorized meet officials are permitted in
the event clerking area There will be a designated HBTC
representative at the meet for our kids.

Medals will be awarded for places 1-3 and ribbons will be awarded for places 4-6 for all events
and all age divisions

Entry fees for youth for the entire meets is $12 per athlete. Payments to be made to: HBTC.
(if payments are made online an admin fee will be applied)
