Intent to Prepare Submission - OGRD Form

This form is the beginning of a conversation to explore your research/contract activities with the Office of Grant & Research Development (OGRD). You may have identified a specific funding opportunity or have a research project/contract idea you would like to pursue. We can help you with it all.

This form must be submitted to OGRD within 10 business days of your proposal deadline.

Furthermore, you may not have all the information we ask in this form, which is entirely OK. Please answer the questions as best as you can and we will help determine the rest with you. For answers you do not have answers to, you may write "N/A" or leave fields blank.

Please complete a separate "Intent to Prepare Submission" form for each different project. If you have one project but multiple funding opportunities in mind, there is space below to provide all of that information.

Once you complete this form, someone from OGRD will be in touch with you to start the proposal development process!
