Slate Belt Pride Festival

Saturday, July 12th, 2025,12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Upper Mount Bethel Community Park, 1535 Potomac Street, Mount Bethel, Pa 18343

 

·        Vendor spaces are 10’ x 10’.  If you require a larger area, you must reserve extra space(s).  Canopies must be kept within space allowed.

·        Electricity is available on a first come first serve basis, please register/request electricity as early as possible. (Electricity is NOT guaranteed on the day of event.)

·        Set-Up Time is 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM. You must unload and move your vehicle before setting up.

·        All tents must be weighted down for safety.

·        Event ends at 6:00 PM, no items may be moved until then. (Any vendor found doing so will not be welcomed back the following year.)

·        Damage or loss is the vendor’s responsibility and not Slate Belt Pride LGBTQ Community Association

·        If a vendor is not able to attend the event please contact Marc Sperling by Friday, July 4th, at 484-903-8233

·        All vendors are responsible for trash removal. Absolutely no trash can be left behind at vendor spaces. Vendors will be charged a $50.00 trash removal fee for any items left behind and not welcome back to the festival.

·        Completing this application does not guarantee participation in the event.  This is the first step in the Vendor application process.

*This online application must be completed with full payment and insurance forms submitted to reserve space. (sorry, no refunds). Include a copy of any of the following; Special Event Insurance or Homeowner’s Rider Policy. (No exceptions)

You will receive an email confirmation once your application is accepted. Approximately three to five days before the event, you will receive all pertinent information for the festival (including your space assignment) in an email.
