CSU LA Model: LA Time and Effort report (4.0)
Please complete this time and effort report for each week. Note that in most cases your total hours for the month will be 20 hours - be sure your total hours equal the sum for each quarter. Most questions are required.

We will be submitting from the 15th to the 16 th (of the following month). Example: On Sept 15th you are submitting the hours between August 16th to September 15th.

Please use whole numbers - round up when needed. The important piece is that the total hours accurately reflect the time you put in.
