The PERSEVERAR program has been created to help Latino students continue their education after high school, be it technical or university careers, while receiving the support and guidance to be self-reliant.
Qualifications:
- Students need to be accepted and/or attending a state college, or university (i.e. SLCC, U of U, Ensign, etc.)
- Be a student in good standing making satisfactory progress towards a certificate or bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrate strong academic performance through GPA, test scores, or other academic indicators.
- Must be able to be a volunteer with Rose Park Neighborhood Center for 10-15 hours per semester
- Attend/Participate in a Self-reliance course via this scholarship (we will provide information).
