Welcome to Sams Stop and Shop Vendor and Sponsor Application.
Please fill out the information below to the best of your knowledge.
RULES OF THE MARKET.
1. You must attend a market with your own supplies. For example : Tents, Tables and Weights are yours to provide. We do not have any items for rent or purchase at this time.
2. Each event you attend you must have a 10x10 tent. You will need 25lb weights on each leg of the tent. If you do not have weights- you will not be allowed to set up for the day. You do not have to attend every week.
3. We may cancel events at our discretion. A NO CALL NO SHOW will result in cancellation from the market.
4. We will have a Same Day, 24 Hr, 48 Hr, and 72 Hr cancellation policy.
If you cancel 72 hours before the event, you will pay a $5 fee the next day you are responsible for returning.
If you cancel 48 Hours before the market, you will be charged a $10 fee.
If you cancel 24 Hours in advance, you will be charged a $20 fee.
If you cancel Same Day, you will be charged a $30 Fee.
4. This Farmers Market is Open Sundays October-April Closed May- September.
5. Operating Hours are from 9am-1:30pm every Sunday. You must stay the whole day!
6. You must have any and all licensing that applies to your business before starting at the market.
7. Be kind, and helpful to your friends, neighbors and community.
8. What comes in, must come out. We have a 0 tolerance policy for littering. You must provide your own trash can, and will not be allowed to throw your trash away in the farmers market trash cans. You will be in charge of removing any and all trash you create at the end of the market.
9. Application fees are due at your first event. Payable by Zelle, Venmo or Square. Please let me know in your application how you will pay your fee. The fee for the year is $30. THIS IS A ONE TIME FEE. NO REFUNDS. You will pay at the first market you attend and will be due again in February of each year, along with a new application!
10. At the end of each event, you will pay me a $10 minimum. If you make anything over $100 in sales, you will pay me 10% of your earnings. Payment is due at the end of each event. We will accept payment through, cash, Zelle, Venmo, or invoice.
11. Be safe, and Be trustworthy
12. There is no parking on the street! All parking must be in the parking lot in your assigned spaces.
13. Sam reserves the right to remove any person, animal, or business from the market
By completing this application, you agree to all items 1-13 on the list.
