New Student Instrument Selection Form, Fall 2026
If your student is interested in joining ROCmusic, please fill out the following New Student Instrument Selection Form. Complete a separate form for each student interested in registering. Please note, this form does not confirm your child’s placement. As responses are received, ROCmusic administrators will register students on a first come, first served basis. You will then receive a link to the “Fall 2026, Student Registration & Contact Information Form.” This second form must be completed to confirm your child’s registration. 

All follow-up communications will be distributed via email (rocmusic@cityofrochester.gov). If you do not receive a response within a week of completing this form, please reach out to us at rocmusic@cityofrochester.gov or by calling 585-428-7605.
