CSA Agreement
Please confirm that you understand these important details of our CSA program.
I understand that the CSA runs for 20 weeks (mid September to mid January), and I will receive a box of vegetables every second week (10 total boxes of vegetables). *

I understand that it is my responsibility to pick up my box (day of week, location and time slot TBA). If I am not available, I will send a friend to pick up for me, otherwise, I will forfeit my box and it will be donated to the foodbank or another community service. *

I understand that to reserve my spot in the 2019 CSA I need to make a deposit of $50. The balance of the payment ($490) is due on July 1st. *
