The Voice Sanctuary runs bespoke respites in small groups on the Sunshine Coast. We are current running respites on the theme of "Psychosis, Mania and Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness".
Our respites help people to foster a healthy relationship with themselves and their unique life story, and create deepen connections with others, with nature and the world. We teach different ways to calm the nervous system and work with emotions.
Because of the sensitive topics we explore, we would like to ensure that you are ready for the level of inner work and integration that could result from the journey, and that our participants are suitable companions for each other. Suitability may relate to factors beyond your control, such as matching people of similar ages or genders.
