Safety:*This is a fun run & there is no support of any kind provided.*No medical aid will be provided. Please go to the nearest hospital or dial 995 for emergency ambulance.*Do not take part/continue if you feel unwell. This is a very challenging distance & should not be taken lightly.*Please ensure you have sufficient water/food with you. There are some long stretches where drinks/food is unavailable.*Adhere to traffic rules & signals. Cross only when it is 100% safe.*There is no road closure.*Keep on the footpaths. If you have to run on the road, please run in the direction of oncoming traffic.*Give way to other path/road users. Share the footpaths.
