Badge Commission Form
All of my badges are created traditionally using mixed media on cardstock and scrapbook paper. These badges are typically around 5-7 inches long. They come fully laminated and ready for wearing at your next event!

Info and details to know before ordering:
  • $125 + shipping
  • I will reach out via email to discuss your commission and once approved, I will send you a Paypal invoice. Do NOT reply to any DMs/messages on social media or messenger apps (Telegram, Discord, etc.) from anyone claiming to be me -- they are scammers! Do not send money to anyone who claims to be me/Quaylak -- I will always invoice/email my clients using the information you provide below.
  • Unless your character is super generic, a reference sheet is REQUIRED.
  • I reserve the right to refuse or refund your commission for any reason.
  • Yes, you can repost your commission on social media, just please credit me for creating it!
  • Turnaround time for badges is one to two weeks. I do not maintain a queue so when I open for new work, your commission is what I will be working on next! However, if you need the work to be completed sooner, please let me know and we can discuss time tables and rush fees.
  • Payment is required before works begins.
  • US shipping is roughly $7-$8 and includes tracking.
  • I will ship art anywhere in the world, but international shipping is typically $20+ and will be calculated and invoiced separately once the work is done and I can get you a more precise quote. I will always include tracking whenever possible. You are responsible for any and all customs fees in order to pick up your order. If required fees are not paid and the package is returned to me, you will need to pay for shipping again if you still want your art.
  • I'm not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
